Pen Cozy with Fall Flowers

Tonight's craft was inspired by  Twinkiechan. She has very amazing and awesome pen cozys. Make sure to check out her shop. The color of the flowers were inspired by the coming Fall season.  I've already to started to see leaves changing color and bare branches.  I can hardly believe that Fall is almost here.

Rainy Day Earrings.

Just finished up this pair of cloudy earrings, perfect for those rainy days. Made from a bottle cap, covered in tissue paper, covered in Outdoor Mod Podge, a cloud sticker, surrounded by lots of glitter, finally sealed in with a glossy varnish.

Bottle Vase, painting with paper

Hi crafters!! Gosh, it's been so long since I've posted. I am excited to begin March with these awesome bottle vase creations. I got the idea from bud vase from mod podge rocks.
See the photo's how these beautiful vase's came together.
Tools used:
empty beer bottles, labels washed off
tissue paper
scrapbook paper
magazine
and of course my favorite: Outdoor Mod Podge

The amazing yellow one was created by the beautiful EspirituMente, who you can find at http://espiritumente.deviantart.com/
And the blue one by yours truly =)

Start by adding your 1st layer of tissue paper, like this:

Get your cut outs ready, and then Go! Go! Go!

Flower Girl

I took in some of that Cali sun yesterday sitting outside in my backyard. Was inspired to draw a little and this is what I came up with. No sketching all free hand with sharpies.

Hanging Yarn Hearts

Cut out your heart shape. I used an old cereal box. Wrap the yarn all the way around. I used a little tape to hold down the yarn at first. Tie off at the end when your done. Voila! You now have a hanging yarn heart. Thanks to woollywotnots.wordpress.com for the inspiration and great idea.
